At KAYCH, your complete satisfaction is our priority.
If an item does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from receipt to request a return.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, uncustomized, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except in cases of our error or defective products).

After receipt and inspection, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Sale or promotional items are non-refundable but may be exchanged.
